Job Description: The Mars Snacking Analytics, Digital, & Data for Global TLT team has a vision to deliver leading edge digital solutions that Associates use across the enterprise to make work easier, powered by simplified processes and trustworthy data​. This vision includes elements like “making better decisions powered by advanced analytics” and “decisioning at speed spanning from farm-to-mouth with decision intelligence”. The Senior Director of Analytic Product Management & Business Architecture supports this vision by leading Product Management, Product Ownership, and Business Architecture (formerly Trailblazing) functions. This role is accountable for ensuring that these resources can embed on product teams effectively to determine product strategy and deliver products that achieve desired outcomes, while also providing thought leadership for advancement in maturity as we build capability as a scaled agile product delivery organization. What are we looking for?: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data analytics, data science, mathematics, statistics, or related field. Master’s degree a plus.
