Job Details: Job Description As the go-to person for specific financial reporting and related tasks, you will work with all levels of the plant management team. This is a multi-tasking environment where your attention to detail can really shine and make a difference. Cross-training will be done in areas assigned by the Controller to include daily production posting and line efficiency analysis. Hours of work will be determined by the workload necessary on different days of the accounting period. SUMMARY: This facility is part of our Poultry business unit. This position’s main functions are time and attendance support. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing time and attendance functions efficiently while also providing accounting support to the Plant Controller. Additionally, you may oversee employee supply processes and assist in various plant management tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
