Annual salary: up to £36,425.30 Multi-skilled Operative Location: Tonbridge – Sussex – Medway – Kent – Brighton Contract: Full Time Permanent: Salary up to £36,425.30 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday) About the role: We’re on the lookout for a reliable and skilled Multi‑Skilled Operative (MSO) to join our team, supporting a busy responsive repairs contract between Brighton and Kent. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll deliver high‑quality repairs across residents’ homes, with a core focus on plumbing, plastering, and locksmith works, while still supporting other associated trades as required. You’ll be working across occupied properties, responding to day‑to‑day repair requests and ensuring homes are safe, secure, and well maintained. No two days are the same, and your ability to adapt, problem‑solve, and provide excellent customer service will be key to your success.
