About the Role: Oracle's Global Lease Administration team, part of the Global Controller Organization, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lease Administrator – Data Centers (IC3) to manage a portfolio of data center leases and subleases and to support accurate lease data, billing/payment processing, compliance, and reporting. This position supports compliance with ASC 842 and IFRS 16 and contributes to efficiency and accuracy across Oracle’s global data center lease portfolio. In this role, you will independently manage an assigned lease portfolio end-to-end, including maintaining lease records and supporting documentation in Oracle’s lease management system, coordinating lease-related billings and payments, supporting close activities, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure data integrity.
