Global Sourcing Manager, Packaging OUR ROLE: The Global Sourcing Manager for Packaging is responsible for developing, implementing and executing the global sourcing strategy for Packaging related sourcing activities for own production and 3PM manufacturing. This role ensures the efficient sourcing and management of external manufacturing partners, driving cost efficiencies, quality improvements, and innovation across the supply chain and the packaging related business. The position requires strategic oversight of global sourcing teams to align sourcing activities with business goals and market dynamics. This position can be based in Espoo, Finland, or alternatively in Europe (e.g. Poland or Germany) or in Middleton, US. The role reports to our Senior Sourcing Manager, raw materials. It is a full-time, hybrid role.
