Maintenance Supervisor

Job description

Working closely with manufacturing leadership, the Maintenance Supervisor will perform all daily maintenance and leadership activities related to safety, food Safety, GMP's, quality, and performance. Ensure direct report's compliance with all S&D Policies and Procedures. Effectively manage direct reports personnel development systems to drive equipment and operational efficiency. Work with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Provide the necessary leadership to attain the maximum efficiency of equipment, labor, and time. - Responsible for the development of mechanics, operators, and co-workers in the areas of safety, food safety, GMP's, equipment knowledge, and overall operations performance - Lead and actively participate in shift meetings focusing on general communication, safety, ongoing issues, and work priorities - Work closely with other Supervisors, the Production and Maintenance Planner, and Purchasing resources, to attain and maintain a goal of 100% PM/Work Order compliance - Communicate with other departments' leadership on initiatives that effect their departments' performance - Participate and lead continuous improvement groups, meetings, and discussions. - Supe...
