Job Summary: The Supervisor-Clinical Research develops, implements, maintains, and evaluates protocol monitoring procedures to ensure Adult or Pediatric Oncology Clinical Research protocols are conducted in accordance with requirements of regulatory agencies. Supervises clinical research coordinators in the Adult or Pediatric team to maintain adherence to protocol requirements and for completion of job duties. Facilitates and provides training and education of the coordinators through staff meetings and in-services. Works closely with study investigators, nursing staff, regulatory staff for promotion and growth of the Oncology Clinical Research Program at Loma Linda University Cancer Center. Attends conferences, group meetings and national Investigator meetings that may require travel. Performs other duties as needed. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Clinical Research, or a related field required. Candidates currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program may be considered, contingent upon continued academic progress and the submission of quarterly progress updates.
