Overview QuarterLine (QL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is skilled and compassionate Phlebotomy Technician to join our dynamic healthcare team at Tripler Army Medical Center, Oahu, Hawaii. The ideal candidate will provide screening and registering blood donors, conducting health histories, vital signs, and eligibility assessments in compliance with FDA, AABB, GMP, and military blood program standards. Performs whole blood collection, apheresis, and therapeutic phlebotomy; monitors donors for adverse reactions and provides first aid/CPR as needed. Ensures accurate documentation, specimen handling, component processing, equipment operation, quality control, and proper storage of blood products to maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
