GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: The Senior Loss Prevention Officer reports to the Loss Prevention Manager and assists in the supervision of the Loss Prevention team. In this role, the Senior Loss Prevention Officer is responsible to communicate departmental expectations established by the Loss Prevention Manager and senior leadership within the company; lead and coordinate team efforts in the achievement of departmental and individual goals; and provide guidance and support to Loss Prevention Officers to ensure they have information, equipment and tools to achieve desired results.
