Become a part of our caring community As Market Executive of Operations (MEO), you will monitor branch operations specific to the market assigned. The goal of this monitoring is to ensure that financial, clinical operations, and quality, service, and sales plans follow government regulations, along with corporate policies. This is a remote role reporting to the Area Vice President of Operations, however there is a travel requirement of up to 50% and 60-90 branch in-person touchpoints per year. You will develop strategies and overall branch business plans, annual planning, and budgets for assigned market monitoring expenditures. You will produce specific market quality assessment reports along with reviewing and managing patient satisfaction data. You will work with AVPO along with several cross-functional teams at both the region and corporate level to ensure success of overall of assigned markets.
