Job Details Support Services | Miamisburg | Full Time| Days Responsibilities & Requirements: Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Engineering, Business/Operations Management, or relevant healthcare degree) or Associate degree in a relevant field with 3 years of experience. - 3 years project management and/or improvement work experience in leading enterprise wide projects utilizing project management and/or improvement methods with proven implementation of detailed work plans - Proficiency in software applications such as MS Office Suite, Visio, SharePoint, ServiceNow PPM, MS Project, Minitab, etc. - Understanding healthcare business systems and processes preferred - Experience in facilitation of medical teams, including physician participants, highly desired. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or ability to obtain within one year. - Certification in a process improvement discipline in Lean or Six Sigmaor ability to obtain within one year. - Ability to manage multiple enterprise-wide initiatives across functional departments, service lines, or campuses at any given time without any degradation in the quality of work performed. - Ability to ment...
