Objective: Ensure accurate, reliable, and efficient financial operations of the company, while maintaining strong financial control, compliance, and visibility for decision-making. KPI: Payroll processed accurately and on time by Day 5 of each month Monthly financial reporting delivered by Day 10 (P&L, cash flow, budget vs actuals) P&L accuracy and integrity: Revenue and costs correctly recognized (accruals, deferrals, project margins) No material errors or rework required post-close 100% invoicing accuracy and invoices issued within 48h of trigger Cash flow forecast accuracy ≥ 90% (monthly) 0 compliance issues (tax filings, reporting, contractual financial obligations) AI-driven productivity in finance operations: Active use of AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, finance automation tools) in daily work Areas of Responsibilit...
