We are inviting you to apply for the Retail Sales Supervisor – Build-a-Bear/Zakanaka position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a positive guest experience that exceeds expectations through effective and efficient retail operations. As a Retail Supervisor are also responsible for ensuring that retail associates on the floor follow proper procedures. We require that you have experience in retail, customer service, or a sales environment. A good knowledge of computers and register systems is preferred.
