Technical Program Manager, Lead The Opportunity: Booz Allen is seeking a Program Manager to support a large-scale modernization effort focused on legacy HR and personnel applications. In this role, you will serve as the senior customer-facing delivery lead for a complex, high-visibility program that is modernizing a fragmented portfolio of legacy systems into a more secure, sustainable, and supportable target environment. This program is primarily focused on Salesforce, Public Sector Solutions, and Omnistudio, but it also requires leadership across adjacent platforms, enterprise services, and legacy environments, including ServiceNow, OutSystems, MuleSoft, and other connected systems. You will lead delivery across application refactoring and modernization, DevSecOps, human-centered discovery, enterprise integration and API development, and governed data migration and validation. You will own customer coordination, staffing, schedule, risks, dependencies, reporting, release readiness, and cross-workstream execution.
