COMMUNICATIONS / OCM ANALYST (JOURNEYMAN)

Job description

Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Communications / Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst (Journeyman) to support a high-visibility federal program with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). In this role, you will support communication strategies and change management initiatives that drive stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes and technologies. You will be responsible for developing communication materials, supporting stakeholder outreach, and assisting in the execution of change management plans. This position involves coordinating across program teams, supporting training and communication efforts, and ensuring consistent messaging throughout the program.
