All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Deals all games within the department accurately and procedurally correct. Practices and supports BlueWater Resort & Casino guest service standards. Handles guest(s) transactions for “buy ins” and “pay-offs”. Verifies fills and credits. Notifies Supervisor of any irregularities on the game. Protects the security and protection of the game. Informs Supervisor of any guest related issues and/or requests. Makes accurate and clear chip and money transactions.
