The Team Lead is the first link in the operations help chain and will be knowledgeable of all department activities and procedures. The Team Lead will be a strong communicator that can provide support and leadership for their designated area (people and processes) while facilitating safe, quality-conscious and efficient shift operations. The Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring and addressing daily activities and issues to ensure the department is performing to meet customer and business needs.
