Senior / Customer Delivery Manager About the team: The Customer Delivery function is responsible for overseeing customer engagement across the full project delivery lifecycle, ensuring contractual commitments are clearly understood, tracked and consistently met. Acting as a central point of coordination, the team plays a critical role in streamlining communication between customers and internal teams, while maintaining visibility of key milestones and project progress. From pre-contract through to project completion, customer acceptance and handover, the Customer Delivery team is focused on delivering a seamless, high-quality customer experience at every stage.
