Project Manager I Mortenson is seeking an experienced Project Manager I, Engineering Partner for our Data Center Solutions Group to lead projects with professionalism, flexibility, and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment. This role will be responsible for managing and integrating a key external engineering partner across design, coordination, and execution of a data center project. This involves managing project quality, timeliness, and safety, mentoring the project team, and developing strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage overall financial health of projects Support and lead EPC contract negotiations, including technical exhibits and project schedules Lead vendor procurement and bid/award phase for major subs and suppliers Develop and maintain project financial and equipment projections Allocate project estimate into financial system, determine cost codes, approve invoices Provide financials and billings to accounting, create monthly owner billings Manage subcontracts and suppliers, oversee budget and selections of trade partners Handle billings, contract management, and change orders Manage and develop Ass...
