What’s the role?: This is a senior specialist role providing best practice workplace relations advice and support to leaders across the bank on complex people matters. You’ll find yourself engaging with leaders across all levels across the Bank to make a real, tangible impact through the resolution of individual workplace matters. Your deep technical expertise and experience in leading workplace investigations, supported by your sound judgment and strong stakeholder management will see you build relationships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor, who partners with business leaders to influence decisions that balance technical expertise, Bank values, risk tolerance and commerciality. Working in a highly collaborative and agile team, you’ll manage multiple live matters at once. This is a role that enables you to balance autonomy with access to strong technical support when needed.
