This role is responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining access control, video management, and database systems while ensuring alignment with Northland standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Test, program, and troubleshoot access control and digital video systems Support projects through final adjustment, commissioning, and system handover Troubleshoot system and network-related issues remotely with customers and vendors Perform system health checks and preventative maintenance activities Configure and tailor systems to support customer business requirements Maintain security systems and proactively identify faults and process improvement opportunities Program and support physical security systems, including access control, video management systems, and integrations Execute installations in accordance with Northland and client st...
