Employer Training Coordinator

Job description

Position Summary: The Employer Training Coordinator is responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering workforce training programs to PACE clients and employer partners. Working in collaboration with the Assistant Director of Work Readiness and the Hard Skills Trainer, this role develops curriculum designed to prepare clients for successful employment while supporting employers in recruiting, hiring, and retaining diverse talent. This position designs and facilitates both instructor-led and e-learning training programs, coordinates logistics, monitors compliance, evaluates training outcomes, and collaborates with employer partners and internal departments to align training initiatives with labor market demand. The role requires strong operational management, attention to detail, and experience working with vulnerable or at-risk populations.
