Job Description Summary Direct the work activities of hourly GE trades people in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production industrial equipment components such as electrical systems, machine tools, steel work, plumbing and cooling systems. Plan and execute daily production maintenance priorities maximizing labor resources. Manage aspects of daily operations, indirect parts, variable costs, project installations, lean initiatives and technology developments. Implement safety initiatives to reduce daily employee hazards and reduce injuries Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Identify equipment problems and implement long term corrective solutions. Execute business critical decisions in a timely manner and meet safety, quality, production, and delivery metrics within a particular cell.
