Responsibilities: What your background should look like Qualifications: Education: - Perform production processes as lead operator. - Primary contact for the assigned team/process for basic technical or routine questions providing technical assistance and/or training when necessary. - Provide training to all shift personnel regarding standard operating procedures and processing techniques - Provide training to operators regarding quality procedures, including procedures pertaining to measure dimensions and containment of non-conforming materials - Ensure job order and appropriate production process being followed by assigned employees Analyze and report production results (including concerns) to Supervisor - Assist in production planning and resources allocation with Supervisor and other members of Leadership Staff - Assist in the resolution of production process issues (workf...
