Role: HSSP Clinician, Project Based Housing Reports to: Director, HSSP Westside / San Fernando Valley Program: 1307-HSS MHSA Department: Health Services Location: Westside Mental Health Office - 1749 14th Street, Santa Monica, CA 90404 Setting: 100% Onsite Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Status: Full-time/Non-Exempt/Non-Management Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 403(b) Retirement plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), etc. Openings: 1 Job Description Summary: The Housing Supportive Services Program (HSSP) is a specialized program that provides comprehensive and intensive field-based community mental health services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) who are formerly homeless and have a Severe Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). As part of a multi-disciplinary team, the Clinician will conduct psychotherapy with adult members that have severe and persistent mental illness in the office, in member’s homes, or the field.
