We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our CoMo rents team. This position offers hands-on experience in maintenance work for an apartment complex, single-family homes, and manufactured housing rentals. We are looking for an energetic team player who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty! Pay: $24/hour: Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Current, valid driver’s license and proof of vehicular insurance required. - General apartment maintenance experience, knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and general electrical knowledge needed. - HVAC-EPA certification and knowledge of safety procedures is a must.
