This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with FAA and international aviation regulations while driving a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization. This position serves as a key member of the leadership team and plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) while supporting strategic business initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) across Part 145 MRO and AS9120 aerospace distribution operations. Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, applicable foreign regulatory body requirements (e.g., EASA), and industry quality standards including AS9100, AS9120, and ISO 9001.
