About the Role The Lead, Product Management - AI Solution is a senior product leadership role accountable for shaping, scaling, and operating a portfolio of embedded learning products that help learners and professionals perform better in the moments that matter most. This role owns the end-to-end product vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for learning capabilities integrated directly into daily workflows—where learning is contextual, actionable, and immediately valuable. Operating at an enterprise scale, the role translates Pearson’s product strategy into clear product bets, measurable outcomes, and differentiated customer value. They will lead through strong product craft, cross functional influence, and people leadership—managing managers and senior individual contributors where applicable—while setting a high bar for product thinking, decision quality, and customer impact.
