Aurora, IL Collections Specialist Team Lead: The Collection Specialist Team Lead is responsible for managing a high-profile customer portfolio while leading and supporting the Accounts Receivable team. This role focuses on driving collections performance, resolving complex billing issues, and improving processes to ensure timely and accurate payment resolution. The position partners closely with internal teams and serves as a key escalation point for complex customer accounts while coaching and developing AR specialists.
