This position works under general supervision and partners closely with Planning, Engineering, and Production to ensure timely material availability. Responsibilities: Create and manage purchase orders in the ERP system (Infor LN or equivalent). Review MRP signals and support material replenishment activities. Monitor open orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery status. Assist in expediting material shortages to support production schedules. Support price quote requests and basic negotiations under guidance. Maintain accurate supplier and purchase order data. Communicate material status updates to internal stakeholders.
