The YMCA - West is looking for a energetic, positive and creative sales minded manager to assist the Front Desk Manager in providing direction and coordination of the Membership Service Department. The ideal candidate for this job is outgoing and is excited and enthusiastic about selling an experience they believe in, to an audience of all ages and fitness levels. In addition, they are responsible for engaging with members, member retention, sales growth, facility safety and oversees all desk service operations.
