Ensures compliance with policies and procedures regarding the maintenance, repair and testing of gaming devices. Responsible for maintaining inventory of equipment. Conducts testing for tribal and state machine compliance testing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members. Obtains the proper personnel to address guests needs. Responsible for preventative maintenance and cleaning of Slot Machines/signage. Responsible for maintaining control of keys and all equipment needed to perform normal job duties. Troubleshoots and repairs slot machine issues in accordance with department policies and procedures.
