Job Description ROLE OVERVIEW: We are hiring a Managing Director to lead the strategy, delivery, and enterprise‑scale adoption of agent‑based automation across global financial services operations. This role sits within the Global Delivery Simplification organization and is accountable for transforming how complex, control‑intensive operational processes are executed using agentic AI in a highly regulated environment. The Managing Director will own the end‑to‑end product portfolio for agent‑driven solutions across Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Transfer Agency, and Custody, with full accountability for value realization, risk posture, and sustained operational performance at scale. This role combines senior product leadership, people management, and executive‑level stakeholder accountability, requiring strong judgment, organizational influence, and ownership of outcomes well beyond initial delivery.
