Job Summary This position will work closely with Field Supervision to ensure accurate and timely billing by capturing construction activities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of analyzing complex job documents and communicating effectively with customers and internal teams. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Field Supervision to document construction activities for billing purposes. - Compare, interpret, correct, and code job documents issued by customers and altered by field personnel. - Inventory and balance materials used against materials issued as per the customer's statement. - Ensure material usage is accurately reflected in billing documents. - Directly communicate with utility companies regarding billing questions related to billable units. - Send and respond to emails both internally and externally. - Read and interpret electric distribution construction prints. - Enter and/or delete necessary job package data. - Analyze as-built construction prints, photos, and job packages. - Recognize and input data missed by field crews on the as-built documents. - Utilize the customer's WMS Program for additional data entry and analysis. - Tra...
