What You'll Be Doing: Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of plant machinery and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations Assist with preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime Follow safety procedures and actively support a strong safety culture Complete maintenance documentation and communicate equipment conditions clearly What Are We Looking For: Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the capability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment Working knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance tools, and shop practices Ability to safely follow procedures, instructions, and safety standards Strong teamwork and communication skills in an operational environment Openness to learning, skill development, and adapting to changing priorities Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces for extended periods Capabil...
