BASIC PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to supervise the staff and all social worker activities and programs. These programs are geared to provide a safety net, self-sufficiency services and housing assistance to families and individuals in need. Program participants are seeking and receivingservices at the E. Claire Raley Transitional Living Center. B. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assists with the oversight of the program-related functions to ensure adherence to The Salvation Army's guidelines and procedures. 2. Supervises all case management activities at the Transitional Living Center. 3. Supervises the provision of emergency assistance services to Family Services. 4.
