Full-time, regular position | Schedule: Nights; 7 nights on, 7 nights off; Schedule will go from Wednesday to Wednesday | Starting pay: $135k per year, dependent upon experience Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position Job Purpose or Objective(s): As the Pharmacist, you will review and interpret prescriptions to ensure safety, efficacy and appropriateness and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will report to the Pharmacy Manager or Director. Primary Tasks: Review prescriptions issued by physicians or other authorized prescribers to assure accuracy and determine formulas and ingredients needed. Review and monitor drug therapy that requires dosing adjustments as authorized by the physician. Compound medications using standard formulas and processes such as weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients. Monitor all posting onto the patient profile in order that accuracy, drug allergies, drug interactions, duplicate therapy, rational drug therapy and incompatibilities may be realized, and better patient care received.
