As a Construction Customer Service Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our client customer interactions, ensuring that each touchpoint is infused with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Your role will be pivotal in fostering strong relationships with our customers, providing them with the support they need throughout their construction journey with us. What you’ll do: - Liaising with customers, via regular phone calls and emails, building rapport and addressing their needs during the build. - Ensuring customers are well informed of the steps throughout the journey from contract signing all the way through to construction, sending written communication and necessary documentation in a timely manner. - Collaborating closely with our Site Managers...
