Compensation $115,029 This position is contract-based: Limited Term End Date 6-30-2027 Position Summary: This position assists the Dean in providing organizational and administrative leadership of an academic department and is responsible for the administration, planning, faculty and staff development, and coordination of all aspects of department operations. Responsibilities include managing personnel, fiscal and physical resources, maintaining operational oversight of instructional facilities, leadership, planning, and coordination of departmental processes and communications for their specific assigned areas within the academic department. Manages program and course offerings, curriculum development needs, and compliance with accreditation and licensing regulations; supports College initiatives and promotes positive student experiences and quality learning environments. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support of student, workforce and community success.
