Global Lead Buildings & Operations COO | Personal & Physical Safety & Security (PPSS) Job Profile : Lead Business Control IV (GJA 20) Business Line : Global COO Location : Netherlands (global scope) Reports to : Global Head Personal & Physical Safety & Security (PPSS) The role: As Global Lead Buildings & Operations, you are responsible for the global implementation, execution and effectiveness of personal and physical safety and security controls related to buildings, operations, the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and data ‑ centre protection. You ensure that all ING buildings, hubs and data centres globally are safe, secure, compliant and resilient, in line with global PPSS control standard and ING’s risk appetite. While you are not the owner of PPSS policies or control standards, you are accountable for consistent global application, control testing and insight generation, enabling ING to clearly understand how well PPSS risks are mitigated in practice.
