SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Human Resources Generalist will provide support in functional areas of the human resources department by coordinating recruitment efforts for entry level positions, conducting employee onboarding and orientation, receiving and acting on employee complaints, administering employee records, recommending and coordinating employee training activities, and administering benefits.
