Primary Location: 391 Country Club Road, Wylie, Texas, 75098 We are searching for candidates that meet the required qualifications and experience and are able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities. Job Summary: Provide technical support, services and training to faculty, staff, students and outside organizations for software, hardware, peripherals and audio-visual equipment. Required Qualifications: Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Provide technical support and services to the college community ensuring all classes, equipment and community events (both on and off Collin College campuses) run efficiently. - Assist students, faculty, staff and vendors with all computer, Internet, wireless access, and media issues. Troubleshoot hardware, software and audio-visual problems. - Facilitate conference center/campus events by setting up, running, and tearing down audio-visual equipment. - Setup, install, image and maintain all associated equipment in assigned areas of responsibility. - Monitor emerging technologies, develop specifications and make recommendations for necessary acquisitions of new equipment. - Integrate new technologies into existing structure of classr...
