Position Overview: Joyce is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales & Appointment Specialist to engage with customers who have already expressed interest in our products and services. In this role, you will proactively contact warm leads, answer customer questions, educate homeowners on the benefits of Joyce products, and set qualified appointments for our In-Home Sales team.
