CENTRAL TITLE DIVISION: Job Description: Are you a Closer with a knack for customer service and a sales-focused mindset? Old Republic Title is seeking a Commercial Escrow Officer to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role—3 days in the office at our Minnetonka, MN location . In this role, you will manage the closing of commercial transactions—from single-site deals to complex multi-site and multi-state refinance and sale transactions—while providing top-tier service to our clients and internal partners. You’ll also handle accounting and escrow functions, support staff inquiries, and work closely under the guidance of a VP and Underwriting Counsel. Location & Schedule: Hybrid work with 3 days in-office at our Minnetonka, MN office. What You’ll Do: Close commercial transactions, including preparing settlement statements, reviewing escrow instructions, adhering to local closing customs, initiating and approving wires, recording documents, and maintaining trial balances.
