Job Description: Core Responsibilities: - Upload, update, and administer learning content across LMS/LXP platforms (e.g. Cornerstone), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and correct metadata. - Support Endava University maintenance activities, including learning record management and transcript centralisation. - Perform high-volume data handling tasks, including retroactive data uploads and bulk updates using Excel (formulas, formatting, data validation). - Use AI tools (e.g. GPT) to support data processing, content preparation, and operational efficiency. - Schedule, run, and maintain standard and ad-hoc LMS reports; ensure timely distribution to stakeholders. - Monitor and respond t...
