$10,000 Hiring Bonus for RNs. Join our compassionate team in our Inpatient Complex Medical program, where we provide around-the-clock care in a warm, family-centered environment. We support individuals aged 15-30 who are unable to live at home due to their complex medical need, helping each thrive in a safe and caring setting. Schedule: - 3 shifts per week, 6pm-6am, every 3 rd weekend - Benefit eligible, including medical, dental, vision plans, retirement with company match and generous PTO accrual, including 16 hours of PTO front-loaded How You’ll Make an Impact: - Within the nursing scope of practice, physician’s orders, and the care plan, make decisions and deliver a full range of nursing care based on the fundamentals of the nursing process. - Maintain accurate, completed, and timely records as defined by nursing standards of practice and ChildServe policies and procedures. - Communicate effectively, respectfully, and professionally with residents, physicians, families, school personnel, ChildServe staff, and others to assure assigned child’s care needs are assessed, communicated, and met. - Provide training to patients, families, and staff as needed to help advance the skills...
