We are looking for a motivated Crew Lead that likes to work outside and takes pride in a job completed safely and efficiently. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assigns, maintains and trains crew members to prepare flatbed each morning including gathering all necessary tools, materials and equipment needed for the job(s). Ensures broken tools are fixed or replaced before leaving yard and accounted for before leaving jobsite. - Conducts daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle, trailer and equipment inspections and completes driver's checklist in Fleetio. - Sets up signs, cones, etc. on the jobsite, and/or instructs crew on how to complete set up. - Loads and unloads equipment in a safe manner...
