Position: Customer Sales Representative Job Description: As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a global leader in the distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to clients around the world. Our business is built on trusted, long-lasting relationships with industry leaders — both suppliers and customers. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support the Sales team by enhancing customer relationships through proactive management of the entire customer order lifecycle — from clean order entry to invoicing and delivery. You will also manage customer-reserved inventory to meet shared goals for both Arrow and our customers. This position follows a hybrid work model from our office based either in Porto, Portugal.
