Department: 36102 Advocate Lutheran General Hospital - Emergency Department Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hou rs Per Week: 10 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 1900-0500 in conjunction with bedside RN role Pay Range: $41.10 - $61.65 Title : Registered Nurse –Outcomes Coordinator-Emergency Department Scheduled Hours : 10 hours a week in conjunction with RN ED staff position ; Nights (7p-5a): Job Summary: This position will provide an exclusive focus on clinical excellence. This will include identifying patients in real-time that pertain to performance improvement (PI) initiatives and contemporaneously intervening with staff members (physicians, nurses, technicians, secretaries) to highlight these patient opportunities and provide support. This position will systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of clinical practice and analyze appropriate internal and external data to identify opportunities for improving patient care services and achieve outcome excellence.
