The primary function of the Environmental Service Technician is to maintain the building, grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities: Follow maintenance schedules and safety precautions Perform repairs (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, flooring) Install shelving, fixtures, and perform painting Floor care and preventive maintenance: Operate generators and maintain grounds (snow removal, debris cleanup) Transport residents as needed: Qualifications: High school diploma (trade school preferred) 2+ years healthcare mechanic experience Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems Ability to read blueprints and follow safety codes Strong customer se...
